Rainy Thursday

This past Thursday was a bit rainy and windy so Max had a good day playing inside with all of his toys. He loves rolling around everywhere, plus it helps him get to his toys better. He also took a trip to the grocery store with me. He rode in the shopping cart like a big boy and he loved it. He liked to flirt with all the ladies in the store, smiling and giggling at them. He also banged his head on the side of the cart, but with a quick trip down the frozen food isle we had a bag of frozen corn making his boo boo feel better in no time :)

Max is finally starting to get a tooth and is constantly whining, chewing on his finger, and not sleeping well. We can see the tooth, so hopefully the pain will be over soon. In the meantime, he is enjoying gnawing on biter biscuits and I am not enjoying the mess it makes!

Trip to the Zoo

Sara and Taylor gave me my birthday present early, a Zoo membership. The weather was 75 degrees and sunny today, so we headed out to see the monkeys, gorillas and baby elephant, Scotty. Max was a little unsure of what was going on, but he loved the orangutans, indoor aquarium, and the baby giraffe. He had a great time riding in his stroller, watching all the kids run around, and of course eating lunch. He fell asleep before we even got out of the parking lot.
